Haut-Lac has been named a Top Global IB School for 2025, ranking in the top 10 IB schools in Switzerland. Based on an independent analysis of IB results worldwide, this recognition reflects consistent academic performance over the 20+ years we’ve run IB programmes.
Our Class of 2025 averaged 35 points in the IB Diploma Programme, compared to a global average of 30.58. With a 100% pass rate across both IBDP and IBCP programmes, and 45% of students earning bilingual diplomas in English and French, the results demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.
But the numbers tell only part of the story. What matters most is how we support each student through their IB journey. Small class sizes, personalised mentoring, and teachers who understand the demands of these challenging programmes create an environment where academic rigour feels achievable rather than overwhelming.
Our graduates go on to respected universities in Switzerland and worldwide, from EPFL and the University of Cambridge to MIT and McGill. You can explore their destinations and read their stories on our alumni and results page.
