The Praz-Dagoud campus opens at 7:15 every day to welcome early risers for breakfast and supervision until 8:00.
Infant students then follow the club leader to their classrooms, whilst their primary and secondary peers head upstairs or to the Roches Grises campus for lessons.
Lunchtime is a time for socialising in the playground, discovering new tastes and refuelling with a balanced school meal or a homemade picnic lunch.

This extended care covers the period after lessons finish (15:30 or 16:20 / 12:00 or 13:00 on Wednesday depending on the class) until early evening to give working parents flexibility with pick-up times.

Haut-Lac provides healthy morning and afternoon snacks for infant children, but primary and secondary students should bring their own, according to the healthy snack guidelines in the Haut-Lac Parent Guidebook.

Parents are responsible for making the necessary arrangements to ensure their child is picked up on time. If they are going to be late, they should inform the supervision staff as soon as possible.

Yes, children who stay for after-school supervision take part in engaging indoor and outdoor activities depending on the weather. These include board games, role-play games, quiet drawing and reading, group games in the sports hall, private music lessons with the Haut-Lac Music School and Haut-Lac Radio club activities.
The academic leaders are on the doors every morning and afternoon when the students arrive at and leave the Haut-Lac school campuses.
The Praz-Dagoud campus doors, where infant and primary students study, also remain locked during the school day.
On the Roches Grises campus, where the older students study, registers are taken first thing in the morning, after every class, at lunchtime and at the end of the day.
Secondary students must also sign in and out at reception whenever leaving campus during the school day for medical or other appointments. The same applies for visitors, who are given a visitor’s badge on arrival that they must return before they leave to help staff monitor the people on campus at any one time.
No, after-school supervision is only available on days when students are at school.
The only exception is Infant and Primary Parent-Teacher Meeting days, when supervisors are made available to look after kindergarten children whilst parents meet their teachers.
